Tozim came from zimbabwe to switzerland as a design student in 1997 .Alongside his studies he formed and performed with his Band "Mystereos ways' and build a reputation as being a talented vocalist ,songwriter and producer .The safx compilation ,Earthbound(sonar collective) and the forum compilation are projects where his penmanship and producing talents have born beautiful fruits .He sucessfully completed his studies in Zurich in the summer of 2003 . He started as resident cartoonist at state-controlled The Herald in 1988 until he joined Zimbabwe’s first independent Daily newspaper, The Daily Gazette in 1992. He left in 1994 to become a freelancer after the demise of the paper. He did political cartoons for Horizon magazine from 1991 to 1997.
